# Cancellation Policy

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal.

## Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they have not been worn in everyday life. Of course, you are allowed to try on the items. If you have only tried on the product and have not worn it in everyday life, you can exchange it or receive a refund.

You are responsible for the shipping costs in the event of a cancellation.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

We offer free exchanges. To do so, select **"Exchange"** as the reason for the return in the portal and please include a note with your desired size and color.

**Note:** A second exchange is subject to a fee. If the right of withdrawal for your first order has expired and you make an exchange afterward, the return period still applies only to the first order. The return period cannot be extended by an exchange. It is not permissible to claim that the return period is still valid based on the second order. The return period applies exclusively to the first order.

If you’d like to return your entire order instead, select the appropriate reason in the portal. As soon as we receive your package, we’ll refund the amount—minus the return shipping costs—in accordance with our shipping and return policy.

## Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions no later than 20 business days after we have verifiably received your return.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than thirty days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the deadline expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You are only liable for any loss in value if it is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary.

## There is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts

* Delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
* Delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

## Special Notes

If you financed this contract with a loan and rescind it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender is working with us on the financing.

If we have already received the loan by the time the rescission takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations with respect to the legal consequences of the rescission. This does not apply to contracts for the purchase of financial instruments.

If you want to avoid being bound by a contract, exercise your right of withdrawal and—if you are entitled to do so—also rescind the loan agreement.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days after we receive your return for us to process it and issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
