General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and business customers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business entity is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, that acts in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activities when entering into a legal transaction.

The following applies to business customers: If the business customer uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby rejected. They shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

Depending on the country, the sales contract is concluded with either Multiecom GmbH or Global-e. The specific contracting party in your case will be indicated to you during the ordering process and in the order confirmation.

By listing the products in the Coozen online store, we or Global-e are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and may change your selections at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction options provided during the ordering process.

The contract is formed when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the “Order” button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
