Due to the current high demand for our products, delivery times may occasionally be longer than usual. We are doing our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and thank you sincerely for your patience and trust.

Standard shipping with DHL within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation, including tracking. For deliveries to all other countries, the delivery time is 3–10 business days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your shipment online at any time:

Shipping to Packstations

Of course, we also deliver to DHL Packstations. If you would like your order shipped to a Packstation, please enter “Packstation” along with the Packstation number in the “Street” field. Please enter your mail number in the additional address field (e.g., apartment, room, etc.).
